About the Role
To help us further expand our efforts and scale our business in Washington State, we are seeking a dynamic Lead Agent to accelerate this growth. TurboHome is funded by top VCs like Gutter Capital, Kapor Capital, and Precursor Ventures.
As the Lead Real Estate Agent for Seattle, you will be responsible for helping clients find their next home or close on their next investment property. You will utilize our tech-enabled tools to enhance client experiences and optimize the real estate transaction process. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, scrappy individual, with a proven track record in real estate sales and a passion for technology.
Responsibilities
- Client Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of interested clients, providing exceptional service and guidance throughout the buying process. You will help achieve revenue targets while striving to help shape the future of our product that is changing the way real estate is transacted.
- Market Strategy: Analyze market trends and develop strategic plans to drive sales and expand market share in Seattle.
- Handle a high call volume from existing and prospective customers while maintaining a flexible schedule to meet your client’s needs.
- Technology Integration: Utilize our proprietary tech platforms and tools to enhance the client experience and improve operational efficiency.
- Sales Performance: Set and achieve sales targets, track performance metrics, and provide direct feedback to the leadership team on how
- Networking & Partnerships: Establish and nurture relationships with industry professionals, vendors, and community organizations to enhance brand visibility.
- Marketing Oversight: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns that showcase our products and drive lead generation.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a successful real estate agent with a track record of sales achievement.
- Strong understanding of the Seattle real estate market and its dynamics.
- Proficiency in real estate technology tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and effectively manage your time to exceed targets.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- California real estate license required. Multi-state licensure preferred.
